CSMP Salesforce Data Preparation

Center staff supports California Subject Matter Project (CSMP) reporting by preparing spreadsheets with participant data for submission into the CSMP Salesforce Database.  Given the volume of programs and participants supported through this service, we request submission of data within one week of a program's completion, using the following procedure:

Step 1: CSMP site or statewide office leadership collects participant data from their program.  The following Google form link can be used to create a customizable registration form to collect participant data.

Step 2:  CSMP site or statewide office leadership submits participant and program data to CPSE staff for formatting for CSMP Salesforce Database within one week of the program's completion.

Step 3:  CPSE staff returns formatted spreadsheets to CSMP site or statewide office leadership for their review and uploading into CSMP Salesforce database.
