Center staff provide important administrative, fiscal and event support functions for public-facing organizations including account management, budgeting, contracting, human resources support, logistical operations, grant proposal preparation and submission, award management, and required reporting. 

Account Management and Inquiries  

Managing public-facing collaborations often involves working with a variety of different types of funding, including federal, state, and contract income funds. CPSE staff are uniquely qualified to help public-facing UC partners manage all of their funding streams to ensure stability and flexibility for their operations. Purchasing

Revenue Agreements

Center Staff can facilitate the process of establishing Revenue Agreements to support the work of public-facing entities and external partners.  These agreements are usually based upon an hourly rate, determined by your approved rate agreement.  Please see our Revenue Agreement page for more information

Travel & Events

Center staff can also help plan, purchase, and reimburse any travel or entertainment expenses. We are here to ensure your trips are successful and your events are high-quality, while remaining in budget and in compliance with policy. Please see our Travel and Events pages for more information. 

Grant Funding
